2. What is the age criterion to apply in this common written exam?
The age criteria to apply for the common written test as on 01-08-2015 are as follows:
Minimum - 20 Years
Maximum - 28 Years
i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1987 and not later than 01.08.1995 (both dates inclusive)
3. What is the educational qualification required for the post of clerk?
Ans. A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online. Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations /Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute. Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT (candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/UT) for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable. (Some questions may be put at the time of interview to ascertain the candidate’s familiarity with the Official Language of the State/UT)
All the educational qualifications mentioned should be from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by Govt. Of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies and the result should have been declared on or before 01.09.2015. Proper document from Board / University for having declared the result on or before 01.09.2015 has to be submitted at the time of interview

6. What is the interview process after the Online Pre / Main Examination result?

7. What is the application Fee?
Application Fees/ Intimation Charges Payable from 11.08.2015 to 01.09.2015 (Online payment), both dates inclusive, shall be as follows
- Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates.
- Rs. 600 /- for all others
8. Is there any Percentage criteria for IBPS Clerk-V ?
You just need to be a graduate.
9. Is the exam Bilingual?
The tests except the Test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
10. What is the cut-off for allotment ?
There is no fixed cutoff for IBPS Clerk exam. It depends on the performance of the candidates and number of vacancies each year. Your final score is calculated based on your performance in the written test and the interview.
11. I have cleared the overall cutoff of the exam. However, I could not clear the cutoff of any individual section then I am eligible?
You are not eligible to move to the interview stage. You must clear the cutoff for each section and the overall cutoff as well.
12. Is there a criterion for negative marking?
Ans.There is negative marking of ¼ marks for every wrong answer.
13. Is there any minimum marks to qualify for interview?
Yes . The total marks allotted for Interview are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EXSM candidates). The weightage (ratio) of CWE (Main exam) and interview will be 80:20 respectively. The combined final score of candidates shall be arrived at on the basis of scores obtained by the candidates in the Main Examination of CWE Clerks-V and Interview. Interview score of the candidates failing to secure minimum qualifying marks or otherwise barred from the interview or further process shall not be disclosed.
A candidate should qualify both in the CWE and interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for subsequent provisional allotment process, details of which will be made available subsequently on IBPS website.
14. Caste Certificate information for SC/ST and OBC Students?
Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by Government of India in the case of SC / ST / OBC category candidates. In case of candidates belonging to OBC category, certificate should specifically contain a clause that the candidate does not belong to creamy layer section excluded from the benefits of reservation for Other Backward Classes in Civil post & services under Government of India. OBC caste certificate containing the Non-creamy layer clause should be valid as on the date of interview if called for (issued within one year prior to the date of interview if called for). Caste Name mentioned in certificate should tally letter by letter with Central Government list / notification.
