Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality

Candidates must be:

  • A citizen of India, or
  • A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
  • A Tibetan refugee who migrated before 1962, or

2. Age Limit (As of 01.06.2024)

  • Office Assistants: 18–28 years
  • Officer Scale I: 18–30 years
  • Officer Scale II: 21–32 years
  • Officer Scale III: 21–40 years

Relaxation in upper age limits is available for reserved categories as per government norms.

3. Educational Qualifications

  • Office Assistants & Officer Scale I: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Officer Scale II: Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks (specialized degrees for certain roles).
  • Officer Scale III: Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks and 5 years of experience in banking/financial institutions.
