Certain number of candidates will be called for interview round depending on the number of SBI Clerk vacancies. As per the announcement of Central Government in the year 2015, interview stages for Group B, C and D non-gazetted recruitment processes have been scrapped from January 1, 2016. A formal communication regarding the scrapping of interview stage is still awaited from the bank.
