The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released the notification for the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) Assistant Commandants (AC) Examination 2025.     • 800m race: 3 min 45 sec (Male) / 4 min 45 sec (Female)
    • Long Jump: 3.5m (Male) / 3.0m (Female)
    • Shot Put (7.26 kg): 4.5m (Male only)
  3. Medical Examination
