Domicile: Only domiciles of Rajasthan are eligible.

Nationality: Indian citizens are eligible, along with subjects of Nepal or Bhutan, Tibetan refugees who arrived before 1 January 1962 intending to settle permanently, and persons of Indian origin who migrated from countries such as Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and select East African nations with intent to settle in India.
